After watching and observing the quality of these products evolve for years, as we did with engineered wood, we felt that the products, while good in theory, weren’t always well executed. Protective layers weren’t tough enough, edges weren’t quite precise enough for clean installation, or aesthetic qualities, while good, weren’t great.

Furthermore, Luxury Vinyl is a multifaceted category, with several types on the market, including Stone Composite, Wood Composite, and Dryback (also known as Looselay) flooring. And, as we did with Timeless engineered wood, we created best-in-class floors utilizing these technologies, without sacrificing the quality.

• Stone Polymer Composite Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring (SPC): We designed our SPC floors with a thicker core - 5.5 mil plus 1mil pad – and added best-in-class Uniclic plank locking, ensuring great performance, regardless of subflooring. We’ve also enhanced the aesthetics of select SPC products by using “Embossed in Register” texturing. This means that the ridged texturing of the protective upper layer follow the precise grain wood grain image below it, creating an authentic wood appearance.
• WPC, or Wood-Polymer Composite Luxury Vinyl Plank (WPC): Our WPC is engineered to be the best WPC in the market: these floors feature a thick, yet flexible core which will not break even with loose, bouncier subflooring. We use best-in-class Uniclic plank-locking technology,  and superior aesthetics - with 7" widths in 4-foot lengths, many of our WPC products feature "Embossed in Register" texturing - so that textured ridges follow the precise grain patterns, creating an authentic wood appearance.
• Dryback LVP, also known as Looselay LVP: Timeless has brought back this unique technology, and designed it to last. Instead of clicking together like most LVP, Dryback floors are applied by adhesive, so can be attached to any base, even if your subfloor is not perfectly smooth. Timeless’ new Drybacks will fit any space, and are styled to look either like wood or tile, making them very adaptable.  Dryback floors are also water-resistant without being thick and heavy – so there’s no need to rehang your interior doors. Ours has a 10-20 year commercial warranty and limited lifetime residential warranty.
